What are Office Hours?
A Commitment to Personal Connection
Since 2012, I’ve dedicated 15 days each year to Office Hours—free in-person or virtual sessions to help people get unstuck and move forward. What began at The Henry in Phoenix has grown into a program hosted at co-working spaces and cities across the U.S. I’ve met entrepreneurs, job seekers, investors, and community leaders worldwide, offering guidance, perspective, and solutions. While much is now online, there’s still unmatched value in face-to-face conversations. Office Hours remain my way of paying it forward and sparking growth one meeting at a time. How It Works
- Schedule – Choose a date and time that fits your schedule.
- Select Session Length – Pick either a 25-minute or 55-minute slot.
- Prepare – Email up to 3 topics you’d like to discuss at least 48 hours in advance.
- Show Up – Meet in person or online.
Guidelines
- Cancellations – Please give 48 hours notice so someone else can take the slot.
- Lateness – More than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling.
Office Hours Success Stories
"I wanted to thank you again for the session we had a while back. I have since been able to land HR consulting clients, a speaking event with SHRM, and write a book. You really helped point me in the right direction. Thank you for the inspiration and guidance."
