- Your company is generating revenue and has multiple paying customers.
- The product is in MVP+ stage, in production and meets minimum security requirements
- Company is committed to high customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Company is committed to a quality culture and employee development (eNPS)
- Company has a socially responsible mission and plays by the rules (including treating people like human beings, helping before selling, no spamming or nefarious activity)
Internal Requirements
- Annual revenue, expense and staffing plan (by month) submitted by Dec of the previous year
- Reasonable cap table and company valuation
- Monthly reporting on key KPI’s to investors (by email) - quarterly after $500,000 ARR
- Three quality advisors who are familiar with scale ups who meet quarterly
- Annual Meeting webinar for all stakeholders
- Effective leadership structure
CEO Requirements
- Full disclosure of any questionable background information before investment
- Honest, high integrity and committed to build a successful company for the long term
- Strong or growing leadership skills
- Effective or improving recruiting skills
- Willing to listen to advisors
- Ability to understand and make decisions
- Ability to raise capital to fund company growth
