External Requirements
- Your company is incorporated legally, has at least 3 Full Time Employees and is current with all legal and tax filings.
- The company has a realistic understanding of the market, the modern growth and retention process and provides a clear competitive advantage.
- Your company is generating at least $ 5,000 USD of MRR and on track to hit forecasted revenue targets
- The company has at least 10 paying customers for at least 90 days.
- The product is in MVP+ stage, in production and meets standard privacy, security and technical infrastructure requirements
- The product-service delivers a minimum 5X ROI to the client
- Your company has a plan for customer retention and is committed to high customer satisfaction including a method for measuring (NPS)
- The company has a simple, reasonable cap table and company valuation which will return a reasonable return on angel investment
- The company is committed to a socially responsible mission, operating with integrity, prioritizing customer needs, and adhering to ethical business practices

- Timely monthly reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to investors.

- A structured recruiting and training process for onboarding new talent.
- Guidance from three experienced advisors with scale-up expertise, who meet quarterly.
- An annual virtual meetings with all stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- A clear understanding of the market, modern growth and retention strategies, and a demonstrable competitive advantage.
CEO Requirements
- The company has an effective leadership structure that provides for execution and growth including a founder with expertise in growth, a founder who understands technology and a founder who understands product.
- The CEO and founders are honest, high integrity and committed to build a successful company for the long term
- The CEO and founders have been fully transparent about their backgrounds, proactively disclosing all relevant information
- The CEO and founders have strong or growing leadership skills and are willing to invest in their personal development
- The CEO and founders are willing to listen to advisors, take feedback and follow direction.
